Turbo mode

Turbo mode is an option available in Score Attack and Versus Mode which causes petals to move twice as fast, and halves the amount of delay between a match being detected and the pop animation. For some Score Attack modes, this also changes the points required for each rank.
Turbo mode does not affect the play speed of any standard AI, and does not affect the amount of time any AI spends thinking. It may slightly affect the play speed of the skull, which otherwise only uses the minimum possible delay between moves.
